Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy
Cancellation
Kindly take necessary caution during your checkout process to verify items in your basket as orders properly completed are processed immediately and cannot be canceled. This especially applies to online payment.

Exchange
All products can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order, except in the following cases:
Items that have been used
Items not returned in the condition it was received
Items damaged in the customer’s custody

We do our best to ensure that items are shipped in perfect condition. However, there are cases whereby the item may be damaged during transit, have a manufacturing defect or is different from what you ordered owing to a packing error.

In the cases specified above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the 3 days’ time-frame after delivery.
